• Wire and Cable Insulation: ZHS is widely utilized in Flame Retardant Low Smoke (FRLS) and Zero Halogen (LSZH) PVC formulations. It limits toxic gas and thick smoke emission during combustion.

• Plastics and Polymers: It is compounded with polymers like polyethylene, polypropylene, and epoxy resins to enhance fire resistance.

• Rubbers and Elastomers: It is used to manufacture fire-safe conveyor belts, hoses, and industrial seals.

• Coatings and Textiles: ZHS acts as a flame-retardant additive in industrial paints, coatings, and upholstery
