Ketonic resins are synthetic resins with many uses, including:

Surface coatings: Ketonic resins can be used to treat the surface of furniture and wooden items. They can also be used to make gasoline-resistant coatings, primer, nail lacquers, and heat seal coatings.
Printing inks: Ketonic resins are used in flexographic and gravure printing inks. They can improve drying properties, increase solids content, enhance adhesion, and impart gloss.
Ball-point inks: Ketonic resins can be used to make ball-point inks of different shades.
Paper varnishes: Ketonic resins can be used to make paper varnishes.
Nail polish and wood polish: Ketonic resins can be used in wood polish and nail polish to improve hardness and high gloss.
